About the general meeting
Shareholders’ right to decide on KDventure’s affairs is exercised at the general meeting.
At the annual general meeting, decisions are made, among other things, on the adoption of the income statement and balance sheet, appropriation of the company’s profit, discharge from liability for the Board of Directors and the Managing Director, and the election and remuneration of the Board and the auditor.
Shareholders also have the right to have a matter dealt with at the general meeting in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act.
