KDventures often invests together with other specialist investors and industrial players. This gives portfolio companies access to broader capital, complementary expertise and international networks, while development and financing risk is shared among several investors.
How value is realised
Value can be realised through licensing agreements, industrial partnerships, the sale of all or parts of a company, or through an IPO. The most appropriate route is assessed based on each company’s development, financing needs and commercial opportunities.

We combine scientific and clinical expertise with experience in financing, company building and transactions. As an active owner, we work closely with the portfolio companies and contribute in areas including strategy, corporate governance, financing and business development.
