Viktor Drvota has over 20 years of experience in the venture capital industry with a focus on life science and has carried out a large number of investments, significant capital raisings, company sales and stock market listings. During the period 2002–2016 he was responsible for life science investments at SEB Venture Capital. During this time he held several board positions in both biotech companies and medical technology companies such as Arexis AB, SBL Vaccin AB, Nuevolution AS, InDex Pharmaceuticals AB, Scibase AB and Airsonett AB. Prior to that, Viktor Drvota worked as an Associate Professor and consultant physician at the Karolinska Institute/Hospital in Solna. He also has significant experience of preclinical and clinical research within various pharmaceutical and medical technology companies. He is the lead or co-author of 36 published scientific articles.
